What’s the purpose of doing this? I don’t get it.”
The intention of this workshop is to teach the mindset of answering 3 simple questions that can be used daily to gain clarity and to give meaning to the work we do.
It’s not about getting better on the duties of our job description. We need the skillset to see the possibilities of growth and progress in the work we do.
It’s a shift in mindset by understanding the world around us and how it’s functioning.
That’s where leadership starts. Recognizing what works, noticing what others don’t and finding ways to make it matter to others.
YOU WILL LEARN
You will learn how to notice what other’s don’t see and to go way deeper than the surface through the usage of the following 3 questions:
- What is it for?
What is this decision for? What is this meeting for? What is this email, Facebook post, project for?
- Who is it for?
The answer here is not: My boss! My client! Or any vague demographic! It’s all about understandings worldviews, fears, gains, pain points, etc. - How does success look like?
What’s the metric, the measurements of success? How will you know that it’s working?
